Travels with Charlie
Hi! I’m Charlie! I’m 8 years old, son of travel journalist Wendy Perrin, and the creator of this blog. So far I’ve been to four continents, 16 countries, and 23 states. You will see on my blog travel advice from a kid’s point of view, where I’ve been, what I did there, and more!
He’s a born traveler and writer. We’ll hear more from Charlie.
Great website and stories Charlie! Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to see you in Lake Pillsbury!
Love,
Cousin Whitney
Hi Charlie:
It’s Nina, and I will say that you and Doug really packed it in over this holiday in California- more “stuff” to do than I think I have ever done on any one holiday. I think that my favorite is seeing the photos of you and Doug having such a fantastic time doing all this stuff. It takes a lot of nerve to be able to jump off that cliff into the water, or surf in such high waves. I hope that you thanked Dan and Mom for showing you such a wonderful time on holiday- my summer vacations were hiding in the back seat of our car as my mom and dad went antique shopping in strange and smelly places as they drove through New England and Canada. I was too embarrassed to be seen buying junk, so hid instead. You really were able to enjoy it all. See you soon.

Charlie – Loved reading your blog – my favorite picture is of you standing next to that giant sunfish – how cool! Doug, I also thought the picture of you riding in the skate park was pretty cool. 4 continents, 23 states and 16 countries all before the age of 9 – you are one lucky boy! Be sure to keep us posted – we always enjoy hearing about the Baker family adventures. Where to next?
